Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions apply to the Ding Lucky Draw prize draw (Competition). The promotor of this Competition is Ezetop Unlimited Company t/a Ding (Ding), having its registered address at 3 Shelbourne Buildings, Crampton Avenue, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.
2. The Competition will run from the start date of [3 April 2025], 00:01 GMT until the closing date of [30 April 2025], 23:59 GMT (Competition Period).
3. To be eligible to enter the Competition, participants must have (a) received mobile top-up via Ding, and (b) registered for a Ding receiver account. Participants must be over 18 years of age and may be resident in any country in the world.
4. The Competition is not open to Ding employees, contractors or their families. Ding reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if Ding is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
5. To take part in this Competition, participants must click the “enter for free” button on the Ding Hub page. Each top-up received equals 1 ticket entry to the Competition i.e., if a participant receives 5 top-ups during the Competition Period, this will equate to 5 tickets. Each participant is eligible to win one prize only. Participants may enter this Competition free of charge and no purchase is necessary to enter.
6. Participants entering this Competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions around this Competition - otherwise they will be invalid.
8. The prize is a $5 promo code redeemable on the Ding app or on www.ding.com. A total of 500 winners will be selected. Ding reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Each prize is as stated in these terms and conditions and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The winners will be selected at random within 21 days of the closing date and will be notified via WhatsApp on the mobile phone number linked to their Ding account.
11. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition but are under no obligation to do so.
12. Ding’s decision in respect of all matters regarding the Competition is final and binding.
13. Ding reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical or commercial reason.
14. Ding accepts no responsibility for incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent participation.
15. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
